One-time purchase — $59 at launch, $99 after. No per-month fee, no per-invoice credits, no upsell to unlock the work you already do.
Every feature works with no signal — in the shop or in a driveway. Your records stay on the device; nothing is ever sent to us.
Local database with rotating on-device backups — plus optional Google Drive backup to your own account, CSV, and PDF export. Walk away with everything, anytime.
One app from the first estimate to the last payment — no add-ons to buy.
Auto-numbered work orders with a clean status workflow, live labor + parts + tax totals, and one-tap estimate or invoice PDFs.
Full service history per vehicle, VIN barcode scan, and an offline year / make / model / engine catalog.
Record payments against a work order and watch revenue, balances, and status breakdowns on a financial dashboard.
Start and stop a timer per repair with an ongoing notification; elapsed time folds straight into billed hours.
A multi-point checklist with photos and color-coded results — printed right onto the estimate or invoice PDF.

The app keeps rotating on-device backups automatically, and you can export your whole database to a file anytime. Connect Google Drive and a copy is kept in your own account too — so a lost or dead device just means: reinstall, sign in, and restore.
Yes. GarageCodex runs fully on one device, and your data moves with you — restore from a backup file, or straight from your own Google Drive if you connected it. Nothing is locked to our servers (we don't have any).
Improvements and fixes are free. A future major version may be a separate one-time purchase — never a subscription.
On your device, in a local database — no tracking, and no GarageCodex server ever sees it. Turn on Google Drive backup and a copy goes to your own Google account; we still never see it.
In active testing now — launching on Google Play in 2026.
GarageCodex is coming to Android. Join the list to lock in the $59 early-bird price — one-time, versus $99 at full release. We'll send one message the day it hits the Play Store; nothing else.
Built and supported by one independent developer — no investors, no ads, no reselling your data.
